Our Story
I’m Paul Weisman. My recruiting and retention journey began as the COO of a national engineering firm, where I faced a daunting challenge: achieving 30% growth year after year while recruiting dozens of new employees and retaining the talented team already in place. It felt like an impossible task.
I soon realized that growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. To succeed, our organization had to align with its mission, vision, and core values—and those principles had to be lived daily. This shift sparked a transformation, both for the company and for me.
Through this experience, I discovered positive psychology, which reshaped my focus from operations to human connections. This inspired me to pursue leadership development, become an Executive Coach, and launch my own practice, helping organizations recruit, retain, and empower their workforce.
